ON CATS: an anthology

introduced by Margaret Atwood

At the beginning of lockdown I started putting together a book for Notting Hill Editions – an anthology of cats in literature. It was a wonderful project and lovely to be working – albeit remotely – with publishers Kim Kremer and Rosalind Porter. I am very pleased that this is now on sale at nottinghilleditions.com and in all good bookshops from 2 November 2021.

With an introduction by Margaret Atwood, photos by Elliot Ross, compiled by me, Suzy Robinson, and published by Notting Hill Editions, ON CATS has pieces by Belloc, Hemingway, Mary Gaitskill, Alice Walker, Ursula K. Le Guin, John Keats, Guy de Maupassant, James Bowen, Lynne Truss, and many others.
